At The Colon & Digestive Disease Center, our mission is to provide our patients with expert care in a timely manner. In order to improve availability to our patients, an appointment/cancellation policy has been implemented. This policy applies to both office visits and endoscopic procedures that are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled visit.
Cancellation of an Appointment:
If it is necessary for you to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call the office at least 2 working days in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care.

You may leave a detailed message on the voicemail if you are unable to speak directly with a receptionist. Cancellations via email cannot be accepted at this time.
Late Cancellation or No Show:
Patients failing to cancel their appointment as indicated above (at least 48 hours in advance) will be billed an administrative fee*:
Office Visit: $50 Endoscopic Procedure: $200
*All fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduling of future appointments.
